All gemstones are one-of-a-kind natural specimens. Availability is subject to prior sale. We update inventory in real-time, but in rare cases, a gemstone may sell between your order and our processing. If this occurs, we will notify you immediately and offer a full refund or alternative selection.

Only after exhausting the above steps may either party initiate legal proceedings in the courts of Oslo, Norway, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
Jurisdiction & Venue
You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Oslo, Norway, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
Class Action Waiver
To the extent permitted by law, you agree that any dispute with Nova's Gems shall be resolved on an individual basis. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect, and the invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
